Disclaimer 1: Pyrzwnr.com is a competition contest website designed for adults (18 years or older) to be able to register, join contests and compete, of their own free-will, to win prizes described and displayed on our site after accepting our “Legal Terms and Conditions” and purchasing an OPZ package of their choice. Pryzwnr.com will not be held legally responsible, in any way, form or fashion, for purchases that would be deemed illegal or unlawful by the laws of that member’s country or their law enforcement agencies.
Player Qualifications
All players must be of legal age (18 years or older) to register as a member on Pryzwnr.com, due to online purchases, will be required using one of the available payment options. Any prizes won from our contests will only be awarded to a legal adult. Underage minors can play only if the “OPZ package” was purchased by a parent or legal guardian. The member’s account is the guardian’s and not the minor’s. Should a minor win one of the contest prizes, the winnings can only be awarded and released to the adult authorizing the minor’s play. Since age cannot be easily proven or verified online, each player must state that they are of legal age by checking the box located on Pryzwnr’s Registration form and providing a verifiable “DOB” after winning a prize contest. Falsely agreeing that you are “of age” will be considered by us as an infraction to our agreement and may cause a winner to be disqualified and/or the account blocked and permanently banned. Payments cannot and will not be accepted from minors, if it’s known to us in advance. Prizes won’t be awarded nor distributed to minors. If a minor wins and doesn’t have the adult member’s support, the prize will be awarded to the next runner-up. Pryzwnr.com will not discriminate against any “qualified” members. We welcome everybody, world-wide, to join the fun and excitement.
Determining Contest Winners
Every contest and its puzzle on the Pryzwnr site is digitally managed by our system and monitored by our staff. Regardless of the game format we’ve selected for that individual contest. There will be no human involvement involving the times being recorded from the puzzle data. Therefore, there can be no tampering, cheating, bias, discrimination nor human error to blame for failing to win. The winners are determined by the least (fastest) amount of time required to complete the puzzle 100% accurately. We will use our database with the recorded puzzle times to determine our contest winners. Should we have multiple players with the exact same recorded time, Pryzwnr will offer a one game “play-off.” The member with the fastest time will be declared our winner and his/her PW User ID will be displayed on our website. Within 72 hours of the contest’s end and closing, we will contact the winner by email and/or telephone (assuming the information provided to us is available and correct.) Should we not be able to reach the winner for communication, it will be the winner’s responsibility to check our website for their name and make contact with Pryzwnr within 30 days of the contest’s end date. No exceptions to this rule. Should there be an unforeseen emergency of a personal nature, that can be verified, we may grant an exception.
Capture and Storage of Member Data
All personal data offered and entered on Pryzwnr is electronically captured, saved, and stored digitally in our company databases. Only the founder and administrators of Pryzwnr will have access to this information. Such data will be retrieved and stored would be player names, PW member IDs, phone numbers, payment/purchase details and personal email and home addresses which is freely provided by the members on their personal “My Account” pages. We retain the option to use or distribute the data in our databases as we deem necessary for our business purposes.
Awarding of Prizes
Each prize displayed and described in our Pryzwnr site’s contests, marketing, promotional and advertising are “guaranteed” to be the authentic products of the manufacturers stated. We will never substitute fakes, knock-offs, clones or copies for our prizes. We can acquire our prizes through several different options, such as purchasing directly from a retail or wholesale provider or provided by the merchant or vendor in return for advertising and promotion on our website. Regardless of how the prize was acquired for the contest, it will be awarded to the winner, paid in full with the original manufacturer warranty and support of the merchant if necessary. Just as if they had purchased the item from that merchant themselves. When a contest has officially terminated and closed, the winner will be contacted either by telephone or an email of their good fortune. Should a winning contestant be unreachable or not respond to our attempts to contact them, the prize will be held for 30 days in escrow mode. If the 30 days has expired and Pryzwnr has not been contacted, the prize will be forfeited and it will be returned back to our inventory and offered in another contest. Pryzwnr.com will not be responsible for loss of a prize due to a failure to communicate after our multiple attempts.
Taking Possession and Ownership of Prizes
Once Pryzwnr has established contact with a winner, we will ask for more account information and arrangements will be made that are mutually acceptable for the transfer of ownership to be completed. We will ask and expect the winning contestant to permit Pryzwnr to take photos, audio, videos, or other forms of event recordings. We will require a signed and authorized “Release Agreement” allowing Pryzwnr to use for any marketing and promotion value we deem necessary whether it be online of offline in other more traditional methods (television, radio, or print media.) Any and all costs or any other expenses required to transfer the prize from Pryzwnr.com to a winning contestant will be the sole responsibility of that member. We recommend that every member on our website should check with their governments prior to entering a contest or purchasing OPZ packs. Should the winner’s government deny or reject the transfer of goods due to any reason at all, Pryzwnr.com will not be held legally liable or responsible for the loss. The winner has other options available so not to lose totally. The winner could offer the prize online and sell it to another person that can legally accept it, and make arrangements with us to transfer ownership. This process must be officially documented, verified proof of identity of the buyer, and terms of the transaction between our winning member and said buyer must be provided prior to the release of anything managed by Pryzwnr.com
Player Disqualification
Pryzwnr.com will do our very best to screen out any participants that might have joined our contests by illegal or fraudulent means. We cannot promise or guarantee to be able to stop everyone in advance, but we will not allow anyone to register and play our games if we are aware of a deceptive method, stolen identity, or other illegality. Anyone trying to enter without the proper information or payment process will be blocked and that individual will be added to our “black list” and the account permanently deleted from all our databases. We strive for a fair and honest e-commerce relationship with all our patrons and members Below is a list of reasons why a contestant or player could be disqualified from Pryzwnr.com contests; stolen identity, attempted bribery, false (unverifiable personal data), under age, not being legal in your country, submitting false data, use of bots, software, or other electronic means to participate, inability to verify identity of the winner (no ID, no passport, no drivers license, nor other legal identification, and others that may not be mentioned here.) This determination is solely the duty of Pryzwnr.com and our decision will be final and uncontested. We will make every effort possible to guide our winner to a positive outcome, but we will make no promises that any member will win the contests they’ve entered. All our contestants need to take their own responsibility seriously and with good intention if choosing to enter any of our contests.
Account Cancellations and Refunds
All sales and purchases are considered FINAL. There will be NO REFUNDS. Any use of the purchased OPZ package at all, will assure a rejection for any possible refund. Exceptions to this rule would be at the sole discretion of Pryzwnr’s CEO. Refund requests by banks or financial institutions will be declined “unless” the purchaser has been brought to our attention prior to contacting their bank card’s institution and our CEO has accepted the explanation and approved the refund.
Pryzwnr.com Mistakes and Bug Fixes
Any error or mistake found in our site or programming that should create a problem or cause a contest’s outcome to be in doubt or even questioned, will be taken very seriously and remedied immediately should there be a problem. If this occurs, the correction(s) will be made and any contest(s) affected or damaged by our error will be evaluated and the new outcome results will be posted along with a heartfelt Pryzwnr.com apology if indeed the contest results change following the corrections. After all, we are only human!
Language Compatibility
For the time being and until further notice, our website is only available in English. For this we deeply apologize. In the near future, we will work toward having Pryzwnr available in the world’s most popular languages. We sincerely ask for your understanding on this matter and hope you will remain diligent until at which time others languages become available. We can’t depend on any of the online translation apps to do the job adequately and correctly.
Merchant and Vendor Relations
Pryzwnr.com will be acquiring our prizes and reward packages from many different vendors, merchants (retailers), wholesalers, and manufacturers. We will encourage and motivate department stores and service providers to join us as advertisers and/or sponsors. A sponsor is defined as a business or company that will provide the prizes for our contests at no cost or charge to Pryzwnr in return for the promotional value, visibility, and publicity our site can provide. An advertiser is defined as a vendor, merchant or service provider that purchases space and/or time on our website to display their company name, branding, URLs, or logos (physical addresses or phone numbers will be prohibited.) Any items offered by a vendor, merchant or retailer will be produced by the original manufacturer and be authentic products (with warranties, if applicable.) The prizes offered will not be refurbished or repaired items. clones, knock-offs, or fake merchandise will be rejected by Pryzwnr.com for contest prizes. This will be absolutely guaranteed by us and we will take full responsibility to correct that issue should it ever arise.
Product Liability Claims
PRYZWNR.COM will not be held liable or responsible, in any form or fashion, for any type of accident or injury to anybody after taking delivery and possession of a prize awarded by us. Any defective of damaged items, due to a manufacturer defect, is not the responsibility of Pryzwnr.com Corp. to repair or replace. Patron must work directly with the merchant and/or manufacturer to resolve these issues.
Miscellaneous
All terms and conditions above can be changed, modified, or deleted for any reason that Pryzwnr.com deems necessary. As other important legal and site operational information is brought to our attention, by our staff or legal representatives, it will be added to this “PW Termz and Conditionz” page, updated and posted immediately for your inspection.
Pryzwnr.com owns all the copyrights, trademarks and other legal properties including intellectual, conceptual design, logos, slogans, etc. Any use of these, of any kind, without the express written consent of the founder, James Glendening, is strictly forbidden. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law of the countries that the offense involves. All legal properties and materials are also internationally protected.
